You can use Western Red cedar to smoke and grill almost any recipe on your barbecue, grill or traditional oven. We recommend to use Western Red Cedar for planking fish, poultry, vegetables and we encourage you to try smoked cheese!

- You can also use these planks in your traditional oven. The planks wont smoke as your oven normally doesn't become hot enough, but they will tranfer the wood aroma to your food via the vapor coming out. The planks won't burn but they might deforme or split.
